This Privacy Policy explains how Xiaoxiao VPN (referred to as 'this Service' or 'we') handles personal information through its mobile application (referred to as 'the App'). The Service is provided as is, and we take reasonable measures within this Policy and applicable law to protect user privacy.

When you download and launch the App, we may collect necessary operational data, including Internet Protocol (IP) address, device operating system version, in-app access paths, connection status, and session duration. To recommend nodes and diagnose issues, we may process approximate device location. These data are used to: 1. recommend suitable routes based on Xiaoxiao VPN node distribution; 2. identify regional connection issues through anonymized aggregate data; 3. send necessary service updates, security notices, or account messages. Sensitive data retention and use are limited under this Policy.

We only transmit aggregated or anonymized data to necessary third-party providers, such as Google Play Services and Firebase, for crash analysis, performance statistics, and feature improvements. Except in the following cases, we do not share personal information: 1. compliance with legal process or regulatory requirements; 2. protection of user safety or fraud investigation; 3. cooperation with entrusted service providers bound by confidentiality obligations. To stop new collection, uninstall the App through the standard device process.

User-provided data is retained during the active service period and a reasonable grace period afterward. The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly request data from that group. If such information is collected by mistake, we will take steps to delete it.
