This agreement is a legal contract between you and Xiaoxiao VPN (referred to as the 'Service Provider') regarding downloading, installing, and using the mobile accelerator application (referred to as 'the App').

By downloading or using the App, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, extract source code from, translate, or create derivative versions of the App or associated trademarks without authorization. Intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features, plans, or fees and will notify users in a reasonable manner. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality. Jailbreaking or rooting a device is not recommended because it can weaken system security and affect App operation.

This Service may integrate necessary third-party services, including Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. When using related functions, you are also bound by the terms of those third-party services.

Service limitations: the App depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible for failures caused by account arrears, data limits, weak signal, local network restrictions, or carrier issues. Mobile data or roaming fees may apply and are the user's responsibility.

Users are responsible for their own usage behavior. Service interruption caused by device battery depletion, system permission restrictions, or third-party platform policy changes is not covered by compensation. We strive to provide accurate route information, but some data may come from third-party partners, and the Service Provider is not liable for indirect losses arising from it. The App may release updates for compatibility and security, and users agree to install current versions when necessary. The Service Provider may terminate App services within a reasonable scope; after termination, users must stop using and delete the App.

Non-refund policy: subscriptions, licenses, and digital service access are final once activated, unless required by law or explicitly promised by the platform.

Product evaluation: we recommend using the free version, trial access, or product information before purchase to confirm that the app, nodes, and use cases meet your needs.

Customer support: if you encounter installation, connection, account, or subscription issues, contact support and we will assist with troubleshooting.

Technical issues: local networks, device settings, or third-party platform policies may occasionally affect usage. We will work to resolve issues, but this does not automatically create a refund right.

Unauthorized use: no refund will be provided if an account, license, or digital access is shared, resold, or abused, and the related account may be restricted.

Policy changes: we reserve the right to modify or update this refund policy within the scope permitted by law. Changes take effect after publication on the website.
